HARRY'S ENDEAVOUR: TRANSFORMING BRISBANE'S SKYLINE WITH A NEW PROJECT

Brisbane's skyline is set for a transformation as property tycoon Harry Triguboff sets his sights on The Gardens complex (204 Alice Street), a jewel of a location overlooking the stunning Brisbane Botanic Gardens and the Brisbane River. This marks a significant move for Triguboff, as he invests in this prime property after a decade-long hiatus from Brisbane projects.

Purchasing the complex from 108 strata unit owners for an impressive sum of over $130 million, Triguboff has grand plans for this 5485 square metre parcel. The vision includes two soaring residential towers, one of which will feature luxurious serviced apartments. With the potential to rise over 80 storeys, these towers will not only rejuvenate the 44-year old complex but will also significantly enhance the city's architectural landscape.

There's a palpable excitement in the air as industry experts speculate the end value of this endeavor could surpass a whopping $1 billion. To put that in perspective, the new structures will be almost five times taller than the existing 17-level building!

This Alice St project holds sentimental value for Triguboff, marking his triumphant return to Brisbane after focusing on projects in Gold Coast through his esteemed company, Meriton. Speaking to The Australian, an ecstatic Triguboff shared, “I’ve waited a long time to get the deal over the line but it’s been worth it – I now own the best site in Brisbane. Where else could you buy such a parcel of land with unimpeded views over the Botanic Gardens and across the river?”

As Harry embarks on this monumental project, Brisbane eagerly awaits the rise of what promises to be an iconic addition to its skyline.
