Josh understands every property is different and uses his background in project marketing to analyse the potential buyer profile and create tailored and targeted marketing campaigns, rather than cookie-cutter marketing, to increase the qualified buyer enquiry, and maximise price for his clients.
In addition to selling homes, Josh gained extensive legal and sales experience derived from 10 years working in property and commercial law firms. He draws on this experience to negotiate the best outcomes for his clients. Josh’s valuable knowledge and understanding of complex contractual issues enables him to think outside the box to solve problems that are faced by his clients when selling their properties.
Property is in his blood and Josh draws inspiration and understanding from many sources including his family who have completed a number of projects, including subdivisions, commercial and residential property developments. Growing up in this environment has given Josh a passion for property.
